Due to the increased popularity of the application of nitrous oxide chargers for whip cream and other applications, there are a variety of brands being marketed in the USA and Europe. There are 2 parts of the world that produce these nitrous and CO2 chargers- Europe and China. The Republic of China (Taiwan) has emerged as the largest, along with the Hungarian Company (Liss) and iSi and Kayser in Austria and Czech Republic.
