Nitrous Oxide Whipped

For many people the only way they have ever seen whipped cream is in one of those ready to use spray cans on the shelves in grocery stores and while this product tastes OK it pales in comparison to real cream that is dispensed from a whipped cream dispenser using a nitrous oxide whipped cream charger. The charger itself is a small cylinder that measures about 2.5 inches long and has a rounded base and a thin neck that is inserted into the dispenser. Each cylinder or whippet holds about 8 g of nitrous oxide and while the chargers are non- refillable they are made from 100% recyclable steel.
