Can Filler Drink

Ingredients
50 ml Bacardi
8 años
25 ml Rote Rüben Saft
25 ml fresh orange juice
20 ml sugar syrup
1 × pinch of salt
400 ml coconut water
100 ml coconut syrup
4 tsp. Pro Espuma

Preparation
Coconut espuma
Mix coconut water, coconut syrup and Pro Espuma and pass through iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 L iSi Whip. Screw on 1 cream charger and shake vigorously.

Can filler
Put the remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour the cocktail into a tumbler with ice, cover with coconut espuma and decorate with pink pepper.
