Mango and Cream Cheese Crème

200 g yogurt
200 g cream cheese, full fat
100 g mango puree
7 g Stevia granules
50 g powdered sugar

Mix all the ingredients to a smooth mixture. If necessary, sweeten with stevia (alternatively with 30-35 tsp. of stevia fluid or 50 g of icing sugar).

Pass the mixture through a fine sieve directly into a 0.5 l Whipper. Screw on 1 Cream Charger and shake vigorously. Cool the filled Whipper in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Shake vigorously before serving.

Serve with fresh or marinated mango cubes.
