Red Curry Espuma

 

Ingredients( For 1 US Pint Dispenser):

400 ml Cream
4 tbsp. Red Curry Paste
4 tbsp. Sojasauce

Preparation:

Mix together the heavy cream, curry paste, and soy sauce. Put into a 1 us pint Whipper, screw onĀ 1 N20 cream charger, and shake vigorously.
