Singapore Sling

20 ml lemon juice
30 ml gin
10 ml Grenadine syrup
20 ml Cherry brandy

Fill the Soda Siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 Soda Charger and shake vigorously. If the water is particularly sparkling, cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Pour the gin, cherry brandy, lemon juice and grenadine over ice cubes into a longdrink glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with lemon or cocktail cherries.
