Ingredients
400 ml heavy cream
100 ml cinnamon syrup
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into a 0.5 l Whipper. Screw on 1 Cream Charger and shake vigorously.
Cinnamon Cream tastes delicious on hot amaretto or hot chocolate!
Tip
You can also try a cinnamon vanilla syrup: simply replace half of the cinnamon syrup with vanilla syrup and proceed as described above.
