The iSi Gourmet Whip is designed for both hot and cold preparations and is the stellar offering from the Austrian masters. Featuring 100 percent stainless head and body, an ergonomic charger holder with non-slip silicone grip, head with protective silicone grip, several Nozzles including a Stainless Steel Straight Tip, Tulip Tip, Star Tip, Cleaning Brush. The iSi Gourmet Whip cream siphon is NSF certified and meets HACCP requirements and a 2 year warranty is provided and honored by iSi North America. iSi has been producing cream whippers for over 50 years; the quality, integrity, and attention to detail is reflected in all of their products. This is compatible with all of the iSi accessories including the injector needles, the iSi stainless nozzle, and the silicone tips and gasket. This size cream whipper normally requires two cream chargers. A one quart model will whip up to 1 quart of liquid to render 4 quarts of finished foam.

With a 100 percent stainless steel head , this cream whipper is dishwasher safe (however we suggest your hand wash). This unit typically will require two chargers to operate, and all of the chargers on our site are compatible. iSi North America provided a 2 year warranty for their cream whippers, and Creamright will assist with any problems.

Care: Use only with high-quality N2O whip cream chargers. Do not store whip cream dispensers in the freezer. Although the dispenser is dishwasher safe, we recommend that the head unit and charger holder be hand-washed with a mild detergent.
