Girls Club Drink

Ingredients
40 ml gin
20 ml orange juice
20 ml peach pulp
20 ml Peach tree liqueur
20 ml Martini Rubino Wermut
1 × soda water

Preparation
Fill the Soda Siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 C02 soda charger and shake vigorously.

Add the remaining ingredients except the Martini Rubino in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour the cocktail into a jar and sprinkle with fresh soda water from the Soda Siphon.

Finally douse the Martini Rubino slowly and decorate with a sage.

Summertime Ice Cream Soda

Ingredients
45 ml heavy cream
1 × soda water
4 × ice
30 ml strawberry syrup

Preparation
Fill an iSi Soda Siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 C02 Soda Charger and shake vigorously. For particularly sparkling water, cool in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

One-third fill a long drink glass with orange juice. Using a whipped cream dispenser make whipped and add the whipped cream and fruit syrup to the glass. Finally, add an ice ball and top up with soda water.

Garnish with currants and mint.

Bangkok Limonade

Ingredients
70 ml Bacardi (white rum)
70 ml Apricot Brandy
210 ml Aloe Vera Limonade
210 ml mango juice
90 ml lime juice
60 ml sugar syrup

Preparation
Fill all ingredients in a glass. Next, with the iSi soda syphon, carbonise with 1 C02 soda charger and add carbonated water to class. Serve on ice and decorate with a mango slice.

Gin, cucumber and a touch of cinnamon

Ingredients
50 ml gin
15 ml lime juice
20 ml sugar syrup
30 ml cucumber juice
400 ml milk
100 ml cinnamon syrup
4 tsp. Pro Espuma

Preparation
Cinnamon Espuma
Mix milk, cinnamon syrup and Pro Espuma and pass through iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 L whipper. Screw on 1 cream charger and shake vigorously.

Adorable
Put the remaining ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass, cover with cinnamon espuma and decorate with a cucumber spiral.

Japan meets Caribbean

Ingredients:

  • 45 ml rum
  • 60 ml soda water
  • 1 x egg white
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 20 ml pear puree
  • 10 ml cold brew coffee
  • 15 ml Sake

Preparation

Fill the soda siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 C02 soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Place all ingredients except the soda water into the shaker with some ice. Mix it up and pour it into a cocktail glass. Add some freshly made soda from the soda siphon and garnish it with ground pepper, Sisho cress, and lime leaves.

Gin hits the Berry

Ingredients:

  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 14 g ginger
  • 25 ml raspberry juice
  • 40 ml gin
  • 25 ml egg white

Preparation

Fill the Soda Siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 C02 soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Place three to four ice cubes in a shaker. Add all the ingredients except the soda. Mix it up and pour it into a highball glass. Garnish the glass with whole, fresh raspberries, and slices of fresh ginger. Finally, finish it off with fresh soda from the soda siphon.

Vodka berries Soda Water

Ingredients:

  • 8 x raspberries
  • 3 x lemongrass
  • 1 x soda water
  • 0.3 ml Cane syrup
  • 500 ml Vodka
  • 0.3 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 8 x cilantro leaves
  • 12 x gooseberries
  • 2 x piece of ginger

Preparation

To flavor, the vodka, put some raspberries, gooseberries, ginger, coriander leaves and lemongrass in a saucepan with some vodka and heat it to lukewarm.

Pour the warm contents of the saucepan into a whipped cream dispenser. Charge with 1 N20 cream charger. Let the dispenser stand for 15 minutes. Then press the lever to release the air from it.

Fill the soda siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 soda charger and shake vigorously.

Mix the cane sugar syrup, lemon juice and 5cl of the flavoured Vodka in a shaker and add it to Martini glass with ice in it, until it is up to three quarters full. Finally, top it off with freshly made soda from the soda siphon.

Rum-Aperol-Soda

Ingredients:

  • 10 ml rum
  • 20 ml soda water
  • 0.25 x lime(s)
  • 4 x mint leaves
  • 10 ml rosé wine
  • 10 ml sugar syrup
  • 20 ml Aperol
  • 10 ml Rhubarb puree

Preparation

Fill the soda siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 C02 soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Stir all ingredients except the soda water to mix them together.

Put some ice in a bar tumbler and add the mixture to make it three-quarters full.

Finish it off with freshly made soda from the soda siphon and garnish with mint.

Fresh Sweet Melon

Ingredients:

  • 0.3 ml lemon juice
  • 1 x soda water
  • 500 g watermelon
  • 20 g cane sugar

Preparation

Fill the soda siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 C02 soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Remove the peel from a watermelon, puree it finely with the sugar, and put it into a saucepan or metal bowl.

Place the bowl in a container full of ice cubes to cool it down. It will cool faster if you stir it now and then!

Add some lemon to taste, and fill a bar tumbler three-quarters full with the melon mousse until it is three-quarters full. Finally, top it up with fresh soda from the soda siphon.

Summer Smash

Ingredients:

  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml pineapple juice
  • 5 g honey
  • 15 ml elderflower syrup
  • 50 ml Chardonnay wine

Preparation

Fill the soda siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 C02 soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Chill all the ingredients and stir them together in a bowl. Place 3-4 ice cubes in a long drink glass and fill it up with the recipe. Top it off with fresh soda from siphon.

Garnish the glass with fresh pineapple, mint and a slice of lime.

Campari Soda

Ingredients
40 ml Campari

Instructions
Fill the Soda Siphon with cold water. Screw on 1 C02 soda charger and shake vigorously. To ensure the water is really fizzy refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Place some ice cubes in a tall glass and pour the Campari over the top. Top up with soda water from the Soda Siphon.

Sparkling Punch Soda Siphon Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups orange juice
6 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup unsweetened apple juice
3 T lemon juice (optional)
12 oz soda water

Instructions
Combine the fruit juices in a large pitcher. Make 12 oz soda water with your soda siphon. Add soda to juice mixture. Pour over ice. Makes about 4 (10 oz) servings.

Mint Lime Soda

INGREDIENTS
350 milliliters water, room temperature
3 to 4 mint stalks, leaves and stems, rinsed
2 iSi CO2 Soda Chargers
3 slices lime
1 ½ teaspoon sugar

METHOD

Put the water and mint into an iSi soda siphon and secure the top. Charge with 1 iSi CO2 Soda Charger. Add 150 grams of ice directly into the canister and secure the top. Charge the canister with another iSi Soda Charger. Agitate, let sit for a minute, and vent slowly. Muddle the lime and sugar in a glass. Add soda water to the glass and stir.

Chardonnay Twist

Ingredients:

3 cups Chardonnay wine
250 g strawberry sorbet

Preparation:

Pour the Chardonnay into a soda siphon and carbonate with 1 C02 soda charger. Wait 1 minute before opening. Put a scoop or two of sorbet into a glass and pour in the drink.

Pay attention to the recommended filling volumes: 4 cups for pure water and 3 cups for all other liquids.

FIZZY CRANBERRY-ROSEMARY MOCKTAIL

Ingredients for 1 pint
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 cup cranberry juice
A few sprigs of fresh rosemary

Preparation
In a saucepan, bring water to a light simmer before adding the sugar. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved. Add the lime juice and a rosemary sprig to infuse the sugar water. Let simmer for one minute and take off heat to cool. Refrigerate until needed. When cool, combine with cranberry juice to taste and pour into the dispenser. Screw on an Co2 soda charger and shake vigorously.
