Ingredients

  • 25 g white bread
  • 30 g Parmesan, planed
  • 60 ml canola oil
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 30 g mustard
  • 20 g anchovy fillet(s)
  • 60 g crème fraîche
  • 300 ml milk
  • 0.5 pcs. garlic clove(s)
  • 60 g mayonnaise

Steps to cook

1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
2. Filtering through an iSi Funnel & Sieve directly into a 0.5 L Whip.
3. Screw on an iSi Professional Charger and shake about 6 times. If the dressing is too liquid, shake again until the desired consistency is achieved. Serve directly on salad or in a bowl.
