CO2 Seltzer Siphons and Chargers
We offer quality seltzer siphons and CO2 chargers to make sparkling water in your home. With models ranging from the elegant "retro" glass mesh siphon to the economical aluminum models; if you want to make sparkling seltzer water for home use we have the tools you will need.
Although making carbonated water using CO2 seltzer cartridges is a bit trickier than making whip cream with N2O, the results of your efforts will be a great reward. Start by using cold water, and charge one 8 gram charger per quart (liter) of water. Agitate and let it rest, preferably in the refrigerator. Home made soda water can be consumed as you make it, or syrups can be added to create healthy soda alternatives. Please do not use the syrups inside of the seltzer bottles as this will clog the siphon.
