Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, powdered sugar, cherry syrup, and cocoa powder. Whisk until smooth.

Pour the mixture into your 1-pint CreamRight dispenser. Charge with 1 Ultra-Purewhip N₂O charger, shake well, and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.

Warm the hot fudge sauce until pourable.

In four bowls or glasses, scoop chocolate ice cream.

Add warm hot fudge and spoon over tart cherries.
