Fill a 1-quart soda siphon with 24 oz of cold water (about ¾ full). Charge with 1 CO₂ cartridge and shake vigorously to carbonate.

Fill 4 tall glasses with ice. Pour 1 oz of Campari into each glass.

Dispense a splash of soda water (about 2 oz) into each glass.

Express a strip of lemon zest over each drink and drop it in as garnish before serving.
