Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a saucepan, combine butter, water, and salt. Bring to a boil. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball.

Transfer to a bowl and let cool 5 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.

Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes until puffed and golden. Cool completely.
