Ripe banana (for ¼ cup purée)

1 cup

Heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp

Powdered sugar

8 scoops

Peanut butter ice cream

½ cup

Fudge sauce (warmed - with pinch of sea salt)

¼ cup

Honey-roasted peanuts (chopped)

Garnish

Banana chips

Ripe banana (for 60 ml purée)

240 ml

Heavy whipping cream

15 g

Powdered sugar

8 scoops

Peanut butter ice cream

120 ml

Fudge sauce (warmed - with pinch of sea salt)

30 g

Honey-roasted peanuts (chopped)

Garnish

Instructions

Peel and slice a ripe banana. Blend until smooth to create ¼ cup (60 ml) banana purée.

In a blender, combine banana purée, heavy cream, and powdered sugar. Blend until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and pour into a 1-pint CreamRight dispenser.

Charge with 1 Ultra-Purewhip N₂O charger, shake well, and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.

Warm the hot fudge sauce and stir in a pinch of flaky sea salt.

Scoop 2 scoops of peanut butter ice cream into each of 4 serving bowls.

Drizzle each sundae with the warm salted fudge.

Dispense banana whipped cream over each sundae.

Sprinkle with honey-roasted peanuts and garnish with banana chips. Serve immediately.
