How long do N₂O chargers last?

These N₂O whipped cream chargers have a shelf life of 5 years. Be sure to keep them stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight for best results.

 What are whipped cream chargers?

Whipped cream chargers are small, metal canisters that contain nitrous oxide gas. When used with a whipped cream dispenser, they create the perfect fluffy whipped cream quickly and easily. When the charger is inserted into the dispenser and activated, the nitrous oxide gas infuses the cream, causing it to whip and expand. This process creates light, airy whipped cream with a smooth texture. N₂O chargers are commonly used in both home kitchens and professional settings, making it more convenient to prepare whipped cream for desserts, beverages, and more.

 Are whipped cream chargers recyclable?

Whipped cream chargers are generally made of steel, making them recyclable. Before you recycle a whipped cream charger, ensure it is completely empty. You’ll also want to check your local recycling regulations to ensure you’re disposing of them correctly.

 Do whipped cream chargers expire?

Whipped cream chargers generally don’t have an expiration date, but they may lose effectiveness over time. They typically last for several years when properly stored. If you’re not sure whether an N₂O charger is still good, check it for rust, leaks, and other signs of damage before use.

 How do you dispose of whipped cream chargers?

To dispose of a whipped cream charger, first ensure it is completely empty. Then, check your local recycling guidelines. Some rules may require you to puncture the charger, which you should do with a tool intended for that specific purpose. Finally, find a recycling facility that accepts steel and bring your chargers there. If recycling isn’t an option in your area, you can dispose of empty chargers in the trash.

 Refund and exchange policy

CreamRight offers a refund and exchange policy within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in unopened original packaging and unused condition to qualify. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Buyer will be responsible for all actual shipping costs, and refunds are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If your package is delivered damaged, please do not accept it from UPS. If you have taken delivery of damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and replace your order. Contact customer service for more details or to initiate a return or exchange.

 Shipping and delivery

CreamRight provides standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery with UPS Ground typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options such as FedEx Home Delivery are available for faster delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. As soon as your order ships, your package will be issued a tracking number, and the status of your order will change from "Pending" to "Shipped.”

 Discounts and subscriptions

CreamRight offers occasional discounts and promotions. Customers can sign up for the newsletter to stay updated on the latest deals. Subscription options for regular cream charger deliveries are also available, allowing you to save on recurring purchases.

Approximately 1/3 of these had to be thrown away due to visible rust on the tip of the ampule. Very disappointing will NOT buy this overpriced product again.

We're very sorry some of the chargers you received had rust on them. Since these are steel products, the outside can become rusted. Rest assured this will NOT affect the quality of the gas. These charges are galvanized on the inside of the chargers and thus, cannot rust from the inside. Furthermore, because no oxygen exists inside the charger, the gas remains 100% pure, food grade. These chargers are designed from the inside never to have impurities.

With that said, we never want customers to have a less-than-optimal experience with CreamRight or iSi products. Do you have photos of the rusted chargers? We would be happy to replace those that have rust.

Again, there is NO danger of degraded gas simply because the outside is rusted. Not and ideal experience for sure but still maintains the high quality standard set by iSi for their products.

If you would be open to it, we would be happy to replace those rusted chargers with a gratis box of 50. Just let us know. And rest assured, the gas remains 100% food grade quality despite the exterior rust.

Best brand and a premium price.

I've been buying ISI cream chargers for decades. They really are the highest quality food-grade chargers on the market. I believe Sparkwhip was also manufactured at the same facilities but not sure of any others. Their manufacturing process is touted as being one of the highest quality and you actually can taste the difference, no metallic or industrial remnants and flavors like many cheaper brands. If you don't mind spending a little more this is the best brand. Clean pure taste and very consistent dispensing full chargers.
