Ingredients
1 & 2/3 cups
Your preferred dark chocolate (chopped into chunks)
2/3 cup
Heavy whipping cream

Your preferred dark chocolate (chopped into chunks)

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a pot set over low to medium-low heat.

Heat the mixture gently while stirring occasionally until the chocolate is fully melted and combined with the cream.

Try to keep the cream below simmer

Once the chocolate is melted and mixed in well with the cream, remove from the heat and pour into your whipping siphon.

Fasten the top of your whipping siphon and charge with 1 Ultra Purewhip N2O charger. Shake for 10-15 seconds

The foam will now be ready to dispenser and should be dispensed warm, or it can solidify.
