Rich simple syrup (2:1 sugar to water)
12–16 dashes
Angostura bitters

In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, combine the espresso, bourbon, simple syrup, bitters, and Luxardo. Add ice and stir until well-chilled (about 30 seconds).

Strain the chilled mixture through a fine mesh strainer into your Nitro Coffee Dispenser. Seal the siphon and charge with 1 N₂ cartridge.

Shake vigorously for 2–3 minutes to fully incorporate the nitrogen and develop the creamy, cascading texture.

Dispense into 4 chilled rocks glasses (neat or over ice, as preferred). Express an orange peel over each drink and garnish.
