 What are whipped cream chargers?

Whipped cream chargers are small, metal canisters that contain nitrous oxide gas. When used with a whipped cream dispenser, they create the perfect fluffy whipped cream quickly and easily. When the charger is inserted into the dispenser and activated, the nitrous oxide gas infuses the cream, causing it to whip and expand. This process creates light, airy whipped cream with a smooth texture. N₂O chargers are commonly used in both home kitchens and professional settings, making it more convenient to prepare whipped cream for desserts, beverages, and more.

 Are whipped cream chargers recyclable?

Whipped cream chargers are generally made of steel, making them recyclable. Before you recycle a whipped cream charger, ensure it is completely empty. You’ll also want to check your local recycling regulations to ensure you’re disposing of them correctly.

 Do whipped cream chargers expire?

Whipped cream chargers generally don’t have an expiration date, but they may lose effectiveness over time. They typically last for several years when properly stored. If you’re not sure whether an N₂O charger is still good, check it for rust, leaks, and other signs of damage before use.

 How do you dispose of whipped cream chargers?

To dispose of a whipped cream charger, first ensure it is completely empty. Then, check your local recycling guidelines. Some rules may require you to puncture the charger, which you should do with a tool intended for that specific purpose. Finally, find a recycling facility that accepts steel and bring your chargers there. If recycling isn’t an option in your area, you can dispose of empty chargers in the trash.

 Refund and exchange policy

CreamRight offers a refund and exchange policy within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned in unopened original packaging and unused condition to qualify. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Buyer will be responsible for all actual shipping costs, and refunds are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

If your package is delivered damaged, please do not accept it from UPS. If you have taken delivery of damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and replace your order. Contact customer service for more details or to initiate a return or exchange.

 Shipping and delivery

CreamRight provides standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery with UPS Ground typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options such as FedEx Home Delivery are available for faster delivery. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. As soon as your order ships, your package will be issued a tracking number, and the status of your order will change from "Pending" to "Shipped.”

 Discounts and subscriptions

CreamRight offers occasional discounts and promotions. Customers can sign up for the newsletter to stay updated on the latest deals. Subscription options for regular cream charger deliveries are also available, allowing you to save on recurring purchases.

This is a quality brand and company. The cartridges aren’t tainted with the lubricants from machining process that can have a negative effect on the cream’s flavor. The cartridges are always full and function as intended.

Packaged appeared to be opened/damaged and retaped. Hundreds of loose charges just rolling around in box. Had to manually count each charge to make sure none were missing. Have recieved package from creamright like this before with a good amount of charges missing. Wouldnt have taken long for them to put a piece of tape around each box to prevent them from breaking open and spilling everywhere. Just lazy work and you just keep raising your prices. Also no reaponse from customer service after notifying them and sending pictures.

We have always worked hard to keep our prices competitive and believe, even with this recent change, Ultra Purewhip remains the best charger value on the market. But, as I am sure you are aware, costs have been escalating over the past two years, so we were forced to make the adjustments you have seen.

With that said, we have added a new, lower-priced charger option (lower even than previous Ultra Purewhip prices!) named Perfect Whip. Perfect Whip is geared towards the home professional and, while it is a different blend of infusion gas, it is still fully food-grade compliant. This option will actually cost you less than you were previously paying for Ultra Purewhip before the price increase. Our goal was to give buyers a lower-cost option and with Perfect Whip, we've done that. We hope you will give it a try.
