*Unfortunately, we are only able to ship our nitrous oxide and CO2 cartridges via UPS. All of our products are approved for entry into Canada, however you will be liable for any duties and brokerage fees that are incurred while clearing through customs into Canada. UPS customs fees are described here: Canada Customs Info. Furthermore, due to shipping restrictions, shipping services may not be available to all parts of Canada. We are sorry for these inconveniences. We understand it is more money for our friends to the north and we try to compensate with great service.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated Shipping Times

• Most orders placed before 1:00pm EST are shipped within 1 business day.
• Most orders are shipped from either Florida or West Coast warehouses, whichever is faster.
• Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Transit times do not include the day of pickup, weekends, or UPS holidays.
• If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within 1 business day, we will immediately contact you and inform you of what has caused the delay and what alternatives are available.

Is overnight delivery available for my order?

Although overnight delivery, 2 Day Air, and other expedited delivery services are available, the cost for these services is extraordinarily high. Whip cream (N2O) and CO2 cartridges are compressed gases and considered "hazardous goods" by UPS. Although this does not increase the cost of sending these items via Ground shipping, it does greatly increase the cost for premium shipping services. For example, the shipping costs to send a case of 600 whipped cream chargers via overnight delivery is typically around $200. For this reason, we unfortunately no longer offer expedited shipping options.

Is UPS the only shipping service available?

The majority of orders are shipping via UPS Ground from either Florida or California. In some cases, we may send your order via FedEx or the US Postal Service if we determine that your order will arrive faster or the cost of shipping your order is substantially less with one of these providers. Orders sent to P.O. Boxes and APO address must ship via US Postal service. If there are any special instructions or requests regarding how we ship your order, please indicate this in the "Order instructions" field during checkout or simply contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
