Traditionally, Irish coffee is served hot—but at CreamRight, we’re big fans of cold brew. Since we always have nitro coffee on tap at the office, we decided to give our traditional Irish coffee recipe a refreshing cold brew cocktail twist.

Nitro Coffee (or cold brew coffee) Prepared with your CreamRight iSi Nitro Brew Dispenser
1 oz
Whiskey
1 oz
Simple Syrup
½ Cup
Ice
Optional
Half & Half (to taste)
120 ml
Nitro Coffee (or cold brew coffee)
30 ml
Whiskey
30 ml
Simple Syrup
120 ml
Ice
Optional
Half & Half (to taste)
Instructions

From your CreamRight iSi Nitro Brew dispenser, add your cold brew coffee, whiskey and simple syrup to a mixing glass.

Fill glass with ice and stir to chill the drink.

Strain into a glass.

Top with half & half.
