*Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped with the carrier of our choice (UPS or FedEx).
If you require your order to ship with a specific carrier, you may forgo the free shipping option and select your preferred carrier at checkout. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs, if you do not select the free shipping option.
How much does shipping cost?
Shoppers have the choice of shipping service selected at checkout, but because many of our products include compressed gas cartridges, we are unable to ship by air transportation. If these products are included in your purchase, only ground transportation options (UPS or FedEx) are available.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated Shipping Times
- Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday.
- Most orders are shipped the same day they are placed prior to 2pm ET cutoff. Orders received after 2pm ET will be shipped the next shipping day.
- Transit times do not include the day of pickup, weekends, or shipping holidays (which can be found on UPS or FedEx websites).
- If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within 1 business day, we will contact you with the cause of delay and provide shipping alternatives available to you.
Is overnight delivery available for my order?
Some products are available for overnight air shipping but because our CO2, N2O and N2 products consist of compressed gas cartridges, we are only able to ship via ground transportation. One day delivery may be possible if available from UPS or FedEx via ground transport. If your order contains any gas products, ground transportation will be the only available options even if your order contains products that are not air transportation restricted.
Are UPS & FedEx the only shipping services available?
The majority of orders are shipping via UPS Ground and FedEx Ground from our US warehouses. In some cases, we may send your order via the US Postal Service if we determine that your order will arrive faster or the cost of shipping your order is substantially less with one of these providers. Orders sent to P.O. Boxes and APO address must ship via US Postal service. If there are any special instructions or requests regarding how we ship your order, please indicate this in the "Order instructions" field during checkout or simply contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
