Chilled apple cider or unfiltered apple juice (well strained)
3 oz
Chilled pear juice or pear nectar (well strained)
1 tbsp
Fresh lemon juice
1-2 tsp
Maple syrup or cinnamon simple syrup (optional to taste)
1 small pinch
Ground cinnamon or apple pie spice (optional; use sparingly)
Ice cubes
Thin apple/pear slice or cinnamon stick for serving

Chilled apple cider or unfiltered apple juice (well strained)
90 ml
Chilled pear juice or pear nectar (well strained)
15 ml
Fresh lemon juice
5-10 ml
Maple syrup or cinnamon simple syrup (optional to taste)
1 small pinch
Ground cinnamon or apple pie spice (optional; use sparingly)
Ice cubes
Thin apple/pear slice or cinnamon stick for serving
Instructions

Chill the apple cider, pear juice, lemon juice, and optional syrup are thoroughly chilled before carbonating.

For the best sparkle, strain cider and pear juice well to remove pulp, sediment, or spice particles.

Pour the chilled apple cider, pear juice, lemon juice, and optional maple or cinnamon syrup into the CreamRight Fizi PRO bottle. Do not fill above the max fill line or below the minimum fill line.

Screw the bottle into the CreamRight Fizi PRO. Carbonate.

Pour the carbonated beverage into a glass with ice. Garnish with a thin apple slice, pear slice, or cinnamon stick, then enjoy immediately.
