Dark Chocolate Mousse

This simple dessert only uses two ingredients! The mousse is known for its smooth, airy texture and deep, intense chocolate flavor. Enjoy this treat after a nice dinner or a late-night craving.

Ingredients

300 grams of your preferred dark chocolate, chopped into chunks. This is approx. 3 bars of gourmet chocolate OR - 1 & 2/3 cups of dark chocolate chips
2/3 cup of heavy whipping cream

Preparation

1.

Place all ingredients into a pot set over low to medium-low heat.

2.

Heat the mixture gently while stirring occasionally until the chocolate is fully melted and combined with the cream.

3.

Try to keep the cream below simmer.

4.

Once the chocolate is melted and mixed in well with the cream, remove from the heat and pour into your whipping siphon.

5.

Fasten the top of your whipping siphon and charge with 1 Ultra Purewhip N2O charger. Shake for 10-15 seconds.

6.

The foam will now be ready to dispenser and should be dispensed warm, or it can solidify.
